Remember I said new things were coming? For the past 5 days, I’ve been training in Manual Lymph Drainage through ACOLS (Academy of Lymphatic Studies) at The Ivy Institute of Esthetics. 🌿

I had the best instructor, Tiffiny Taylor, and got to learn alongside a wonderful group of people. I’m thankful for the knowledge, encouragement, and experiences we shared!

I’m excited to begin this new path helping others manage edema—the swelling caused by fluid retention—with gentle Manual Lymph Drainage techniques. Swelling can also accompany inflammation, and understanding its cause helps guide appropriate care.

I look forward to bringing what I’ve learned back to Massage By Kayla! 💚
