Attendees will participate in an experiential sensory tasting of beers from Very Nice Brewing and beer from Julia’s homebrew cellar where she shares tips and tricks about beer, sensory, flavor, pairing and brewing. In addition, we will talk homebrewing, what’s hot, how to brew world-class beer as a beginner and the latest going on at the national association which is located in Boulder, Colorado. Copies of Beer Pairing – The Essential Guide From the Pairing Pros will be on sale. No fee to attend, purchase tasters.
