With great sorrow, we must announce that Radio Romney will be going off the air.

We have brought something special to our community. We have very talented announcers and reporters who have presented programs of interest to people and businesses in our county. We brought news of arts events, political analysis and interviews with office holders and candidates, information on the local real estate market, news from our churches, fun and entertaining programs, free job opening announcements and much more. There is no substitute for live voices bringing you information. Our listeners have been enthusiastic supporters, offering compliments and encouragement.

Since we began, many people and businesses and organizations have been generous with their time and their contributions. Nevertheless, Radio Romney has not had a stable source of income.

Consequently, we must shut down. After many deliberations, this Friday, October 21st, will be our final broadcast day.

We want to thank the community for all your support, and perhaps, someday, we can meet on air again.
