Currently, CalHFA is auditing applications and preparing for the randomized selection drawing. Voucher notifications will be rolling out soon via email and the applicant portal, which means if you submitted an application, the time to prepare your homebuying strategy is right now.

With the Shared Appreciation Model, the state provides up to 20% down payment assistance (up to $150,000) with $0 in monthly payments.
