Headed to Oklahoma this weekend for the Gathering at the Roc with a pair of road-proven hot rods! The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association Giveaway 1940 Ford and the Most Bitchin’ ‘32 GMC Coupe of Amie Angelo. Both sporting vintage mills under the hood - a Ross Racing Engines blown 390ci Caddy in the ‘40, and a straight six Jimmy fitted with a Howard 12 port head in the ‘32…both fueled by Autotrend EFI. We’re looking forward to the weekend and this one-of-a-kind event. Swing by and say hey if you’re also making the trip!

Another Goodguys Rod & Custom Association West Coast Nationals in the books! We’re honored to select the Top 10 Builders Choice awards at our local National event…although it’s no easy task. We easily could have picked 20+, but here’s the 10 we narrowed it down to this past weekend. York Speed Shop built our trophies, photos from Fuel Curve.

to running 172.625mph on the Bonneville Salt Flats during 2025 SCTA Southern California Timing Association Speedweek! Unfortunately our GoPro shut off just after mile 3 at a speed of 167.850, but this is a glimpse of what a pass on the salt is like. Next up it’s looking like El Mirage for us September 14th!

Cool to see Charlie & Alanna’s 57 Chevy used on all the promotional items for Hot August Nights (Official) this year as the reigning HAN Event Series Grand Champion! We also want to wish our good friend and customer Mike Wilhelm good luck as he competes for the 2025 Grand Champion title with his 56 Ford F100 this week.
