🎉 Exciting News! 🎉 Did you know that with conventional financing, a coborrower doesn't even need a credit score if they don’t have 3 traditional tradelines like rent history or utilities? 🤯

Here’s the scoop:

1. 1 borrower must have a credit score.
2. The transaction must be a purchase or "no cash out" refinance.
3. The property needs to be a 1-unit property.
4. All borrowers must occupy the property as their primary residence.
5. The coborrower's income must be less than 50% of the qualifying monthly income.

For example:

Borrower 1 with a credit score earns $5,000/month.
Borrower 2 with no credit earns $3,000/month.

As long as Borrower 2’s income is less than $4,000, they can get financing without traditional tradelines! 🏡💰
