Iowa colony is not a city or can be one. They are legally The village of Iowa Colony. They do not have a city charter and running a police department without one is illegal and saying they are a city is too.

This happened early this morning Iowa colony police was rear-ended and pinned the person between the cruiser and there car, they was stopped for speeding on 288 which now is going to put Iowa colony in question for speed trapping on 288 again which they do not have jurisdiction. Like before when they got caught doing this before.

Let me get this straight to everyone I do not speak for anyone who lives in Iowa colony. I just have a assumed name city of Iowa colony because I'm working on a city of Iowa colony news paper and this page is not a government organization fb attached this page to me because I have another page city of Iowa colony community and news. I just try to be here for the residents and support them as I lived in Iowa colony before they kept harassing me. Not here to control or speak for anyone just express our opinions and help each other. I have knowledge about Iowa colony and documents of support of there formation. I just can provide information if needed by opinion or document that is all I can do is help in anyway possible. I'M not more then that and thank you for understanding my position. I'm a resident just like everyone else and believe we can express our concerns together in one place that's all and support each other as residents.
