For years, women have been taught that aging is something that simply happens to us.

Buy better skincare. Cover it with makeup. And when that stops being enough, inject it, fill it, cut it, lift it.

But what about teaching women how their own face actually functions?

What about the muscles? Fascia? Neck? Posture? Breathing? Swallowing? Circulation? The habits we repeat thousands of times without even noticing?

For me, BeautyFascia has always been about giving that knowledge and control back to women.

Not promising that we can stop time. Not pretending we can change everything.

But refusing to accept that we can do nothing.

I’ve taught these principles to millions of people online, and I receive messages, videos, and before-and-afters from women who started understanding and working with their faces differently.

And that’s what makes me proud.

Because beauty shouldn’t only mean paying someone else to change your face.

There is something incredibly powerful about looking in the mirror and knowing: I understand my face. I know how to work with it. I have options.

Maybe that’s inconvenient for a very big industry.

I’m okay with that. 🩷

You don’t have to accept static forehead lines as something you can’t influence. Nor your hooded eyes.

But working only on the forehead is not enough.

Your forehead continues into the scalp through the epicranial aponeurosis, and the scalp connects into the tissues at the back of the head and neck. If you want the forehead to soften, I want you to think about this entire area together.

Relax the forehead.
Mobilize the scalp.
Work on the back of the neck.

And then comes the part people forget: control your movement.

If you spend 10 minutes relaxing your forehead and then unconsciously raise your eyebrows, tense your forehead, or squint for the rest of the day, you’re repeating the same pattern again and again.

This is where facial feedback and awareness become so important.

You don’t want to stop expressing yourself. You want to stop using unnecessary tension for every expression.

Release the tension, then learn not to recreate it.

Do this tutorial consistently, save it so you remember to work on the forehead + scalp + back of the neck, and follow for more BeautyFascia techniques. đź©·

This is exactly why I keep talking about correct pressure and consistency.

In a fascinating 2025 Aging Cell study, researchers applied mechanical compression to dermal fibroblasts from a 75-year-old donor in a 3D collagen model.

And the cells responded.

Mechanical pressure influenced mechanotransduction, gene expression, cell migration, markers associated with cellular senescence, and collagen I levels.

Think about that for a second.

Your tissues are not passive. Cells respond to mechanical input.

This is why I care so much about HOW you perform your massage.

Randomly rubbing your face is not the same thing.

More pressure is not automatically better either.

The right amount of pressure, the right direction, the correct technique, and consistency matter.

Your muscles and fascia are living tissues. What you repeatedly do with them creates an input your body has to respond to.

This is exactly how I want you to think about BeautyFascia.

Not random massage.

Intentional mechanical work based on anatomy, repeated consistently.

If you’ve been treating your under-eye bags from the front, you’re missing one of the most important areas.

In this tutorial, I’m showing you a self-osteopathic temporal bone lift.

The temporal bone forms part of the jugular foramen, one of the main openings where venous blood leaves the skull. Rather than chasing puffiness under the eyes, this technique works with the anatomy that supports the natural venous drainage of the head.

This is why BeautyFascia is never just about the face. Sometimes the biggest difference comes from understanding how the entire head works together.

Slow. Gentle. Precise.

đź’› Save this technique and add it to your under-eye routine. Understanding anatomy changes the way you approach beauty.

Before you consider blepharoplasty or an eyebrow lift… try this first.

This is my complete hooded-eye routine, designed to address all of the key areas that influence how open your eyes look - the scalp, temples, forehead, eyebrows, and the muscles around the eyes.

Because hooded eyes are rarely about just the eyelid.

The upper face works as one connected system, and that’s exactly how this tutorial approaches it.

You may notice your eyes look more open and your brows sit higher after the first session. With consistency, healthier movement and reduced tension can help the upper face maintain that refreshed appearance over time.

Take your time. Be gentle. Stay consistent.

💛 Save this tutorial so you don’t forget to do it every day. Your eyes deserve more than just another concealer or surgery consultation.

I visited 8 countries chasing one question: Can we influence the way the face ages naturally?

Brazil. Korea. Japan. Estonia. The Dominican Republic. The United States… and more.

I didn’t travel to collect certificates.

I traveled to learn from the best.

I studied osteopathy, visceral techniques, neurovascular approaches, neurorehabilitation, Chinese medicine, fascia, anatomy, movement, and everything I could find that explained how the body functions as one connected system.

Because your face doesn’t exist in isolation.

It’s connected to your posture.
Your breathing.
Your swallowing.
Your nervous system.
Your circulation.
Your fascia.

I wanted to understand every piece of the puzzle, not just one.

And yet, some people still find it easier to believe that’s impossible than to consider that maybe the face responds to better function.

I find that fascinating.

Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t learning something new.

It’s accepting that what we’ve always believed might not be the whole story. 🩷

“Face massage doesn’t work.”

But which face massage?

Moving your hands around your face for 5 minutes is very different from following a complete method.

For me, you cannot properly work on the face while completely ignoring the neck, where major blood vessels supplying and draining the face travel and where lymphatic pathways ultimately return.

And yes, 5 minutes is better than zero. But changing your body takes time.

You wouldn’t train once a week and expect a completely different body. You wouldn’t practice piano for 5 minutes and expect to master it.

Meanwhile, aging continues. Collagen changes, gravity exists, stress happens, muscles accumulate tension, and we repeat the same facial and postural habits every day.

We cannot stop aging.

But we can meet it differently.

Less unnecessary tension. Better movement. Better habits. Better understanding of your own face.

That is the BeautyFascia Method.

The face changes. And somehow, the art changes with it.

Francisco Goya is one of the reasons I love looking at real faces through art.

When you follow his self-portraits across his life, you don’t just see an artist getting older. You see his face becoming heavier, more mature, more expressive - while his art also becomes darker, rawer, and far less interested in idealized beauty.

Early Goya feels different from late Goya.

The face changes.
The expression changes.
The way he sees people changes.
And eventually, even the way he paints them changes.

This is what fascinates me about old paintings.

There were no filters. No FaceTune. No standardized Instagram face.

Artists left us something incredibly valuable: real human faces, with asymmetry, aging, expression, posture, character, and life written into them.

And I could look at these faces forever.

This is my Fascia Art Series, where we look at beauty, faces, aging, and the incredible details preserved through art history.

Tell me in the comments - do you like this series about art and true faces? If you do, I’ll keep making them. 🤍

Your face remembers every moment of tension.

Your muscles don’t know if you’re stressed, clenching, frowning, or staring at your phone all day. They just adapt.

Recent research shows that our tissues respond to mechanical forces. So if the same muscles stay tight every day, year after year, your face adapts to that pattern.

That’s why this isn’t just about relaxation.

It’s about changing the environment your skin lives on.

This is one of the most important exercises I teach because it helps release tension that’s been building up for years.

Don’t worry if you don’t feel a big difference the first time.

Years of tension don’t disappear in one session.

But every time you relax those muscles, you’re giving your face a chance to move more freely.

Over time, many people notice softer expression lines, less tightness, a more relaxed face, and a naturally fresher appearance.

Small changes.

Every day.

That’s how tissue adapts.

💛 Save this exercise and make it part of your daily routine. Your face doesn’t need more force. It needs less tension

One of the biggest things I want you to understand about BeautyFascia is that the place where you see the problem isn’t always the only place you need to work.

Your face is connected to your scalp, neck, chest, posture, breathing, jaw, and nervous system.

So expand your routine.

If you’re working on your eyes, don’t forget the temples, scalp, and back of the neck.

If you’re working on your jawline, look at the masseter, platysma, neck, and chest.

If you’re working on your forehead, don’t stop at the hairline. Your scalp matters too.

If you’re working on the lower face, don’t forget what is happening underneath it through the neck and clavicle area.

Every zone has other zones that influence how it moves, how much tension it carries, and ultimately how your face looks.

This is why randomly collecting individual face massage techniques will never be the same as following an actual system.

Save this post as your reminder to stop working only where you see the problem and start thinking about the connected areas too.

And if you want the real BeautyFascia procedure, where I teach you how to work through the face and its connected zones step by step, comment NEW below.
