ANOTHER UPDATE: Added a cap!

Feedback Requested:

I am working on a pattern for a custom order shirt and pants combo. I have a few questions...

1. I know the "fly" detail needs to be darker. The white didn't really show up. Is that detail even needed?

2. Should the "wings" be stuffed or left alone?

3. Are the sleeve cuffs necessary?

4. Does it need a belt detail?

BOILER UP!!!! Dress up your gander in this Purdue Boilermaker shirt/pants combo and engineer hat! This was my first attempt on a hat like this. I made several patterns before I got to this point. The hat is lined with Purdue fabric.

I have some prayer quilts ready for gifting. They have a small wooden cross sewn inside (completely encased) with verbiage printed onto a separate fabric and then sewn to the front fabric. Each has a tiny ribbon sewn to the corner. The cross does not come out, but is easily felt through the fabric. Michele Bilskie Houser, Julia Aughe

UPDATE: PLAN B: Cross is enclosed in quilt and cannot be removed, but may be felt through the fabric.

PLAN C: Opening to remove cross (see pin @ opening).

I prefer the "not so perfect" look. I know perfection is out of my grasp, and God is honing me daily!

My first attempt (PLAN A) at pocket prayer quilts... I think it's too "finished," and now see why the cross is sewn into the middle instead of placed in an actual pocket. Feedback/suggestions appreciated. TIA!
