The loss of civility, the contempt in discourse, and the tendency to see others as threats all undermine the possibility of a stable family life.
The assassination of Charlie Kirk was a tragic and extreme act of violence, yet, in a sense, it points to a deeper malaise: fragmentation, radicalization, ideological polarization, and alienation. Violence often follows when the social fabric is frayed.
