There’s a community there where young lives are being lost—babies dying from preventable causes and teens ending their lives from hopelessness.

Through Christ For The Nations, we’re bringing resources, education, and the hope of Jesus to them. Pick a day on my birthday calendar and give that amount for example my birthday is in the 15th of November, so you’d give $15 and I’ll cross that day off my giving goal! Hello! I work for an emergency foster group home for youth and children and we are in the thick of our capital campaign!

We need to raise a minimum of 4 MILLION dollars to start the build of our brand new group home and micro community for aged out youth and young adults.

We are currently making things work but we are BURSTING at the seems! We need more space and resources. We are so close to our goal!

Big changes coming to the page but I’m sure many of you saw it coming! I’ve been passionate about kids in foster care for a long time and have shared my support here over the years.

I’ve been pretty quiet on here because I was shifting into a new role. I became the Content Management Officer for Central Texas Table of Grace 2 years ago.

Since then I’ve had my oldest Graduate HS, fostered 2 teens and recently my daughter also Graduated HS. We are on the verge of adopting one of the 2 teens we’ve had the pleasure of fostering.

This has really become my heart. More than ever I want to see the dream of Central Texas Table of Grace come to life. We want to build a bigger shelter to accept full sibling groups and to build an on site supervised independent living community for the teens that age out of foster care.

We need it. In order to do that, we need more people to hear about it and partner with us. That’s where the decision to shift my social pages came in. I know there’s lots of big hearts on this incredible app that could change the lives and futures of the kids and teens we serve.

So I hope that while this topic isn’t why you chose to follow me, that you will stay. That you will hear our stories and help us share and build.

It's been a SCARY long time since I have been on here. I am alive and well. As a matter of fact here's what I have been up to:

1. I've been working for a local nonprofit Central Texas Table of Grace an emergency foster care shelter in Round Rock Texas. I am their Marketing Director. I help them raise money and awareness for Children and youth in Foster Care. November 9th is our yearly Gala "Light The Way." if you would like more information on that I will add the link in the comments.

2. I manage several social platforms for local businesses like BNI Circle of Trust, Texas where I also help them extend their local organic reach to grow their network.

3. I have Senior in High School and we are currently fostering a teen. Life is a bit wild!
