Race day is Saturday 3/28. So light training this week. 2-3 tonight. So what does that mean? 2 minutes walk, 30 seconds fast run but not sprinting. It helps build speed and endurance. Not bad for mostly walking.

At my best, I could run a solid 60 minutes straight. I can’t recall how many miles because it seems a lifetime ago now. I know that it took 7 months to get there. It’s been 9 weeks now and I can run a solid 30 minutes now and 2 miles. My pace is definitely faster than when I started in January. Just proud that I’m getting back to something I enjoy doing for myself. ❤️
