The Confessions of the Default Woman.
You know that thing you carry that doesn't have a name?
The appointment you rescheduled in your head three times. The emotional labor you do before anyone else wakes up. The version of yourself that keeps getting pushed to "later."
I built a space for that.
The Confessions of the Default Woman is an anonymous confession space for the mental load that lives in the margins of your life — the invisible work, the unspoken weight, the things you do that no one sees and no one thanks you for.
Here's how it works:
You show up. No account, no name. You write what you've been carrying. You choose whether to share it anonymously, with your initials, or keep it just for yourself. And if you share it — your words might be exactly what another woman needs to read to feel less alone.
The confessions that get shared go into a public gallery — not as data, not as content, but as proof. Proof that you are not the only one. Proof that what you carry is real. Someone is going to read your words and exhale for the first time in months.
👉 Go share yours (or just read what others carry)
And if this resonates — send it to a friend, a co-worker, your group chat. The more women who feel seen here, the better.
Drop a 💜 below if you've already submitted one. I want to know you were here.
A branded, interactive micro web app where women anonymously submit their invisible mental load confessions through a warm, multi-screen experience. Includes an admin dashboard to view, tag, and manage submissions for content creation.
