December 24, 1995 - a mother convinces her family to act out the 12 Days of Christmas on camera, inspired by her daughter’s 3rd grade class play.

December 24, 1999 - same mother is at it again. This time, she convinces them to act out The Night Before Christmas, again on camera.... They would never be the same.

They liked it so much they went on to create a Christmas skit every year since!

Thus they became: the Dorkiest Family Alive.
