I often get asked about the best paper for printing kits, and the two papers I typically recommend are both medium weight at 45-48lbs. They are perfect for tags, journal cards, and even journal pages. I like to get the most out of my products, so using one type of paper for everything works well for me.

Both papers are Matte Photo Paper, which means your images and colors will turn out beautifully. The Canon paper is single-sided and a bit cheaper at around $6 for a pack of 50, while the Epson paper allows printing on both sides and costs about $8 for a pack of 50.

For heavier weight paper needs, I switch to Pen+Gear Premium White Index Card Stock from Walmart. It's not as crisp when printing, but you get 150 pages for $6 and it's super thick at 110lbs - perfect for when you need something more rigid.

Hey there! Can you believe it's been almost a year since I listed my first Junk Journal Kit on March 26th last year? Time sure does fly! I just can't get enough of this kit that was inspired by my love for gardening. Daffodils and other early spring flowers always bring me so much joy and happiness. I love seeing the small flowers buds pop up through the thawing earth in the early spring, it radiates life and hope for the future.

Even though this kit is on the smaller side, it's packed with 43 pages of goodies to decorate your journal with. From journal pages to pattern papers and ephemera, there's plenty to play around with and get creative.
