Feeding another bottle lamb! It’s so satisfying to listen to them chug these bottles and know that they are growing big and strong because of you. Bottle lambs/calves are completely dependent on humans until they get old enough to eat grass/hay and or grain so it’s so rewarding when they are looking for the bottle when you come out to feed them!

Our bottle calf Caramel to keep up with our coffee theme!

Mastitis is an infection of the mammary gland where bacteria gets into the mammary gland before the teat canal completely closes after being milked. It would be difficult to keep her calf on while treating her for this, so Caramel officially became a bottle calf!
