You pull weeds one day, only to find new ones sprouting later. It reminds you that tending takes time and consistency.

: What weeds of doubt or worry am I allowing to creep back in because I’ve stopped tending the garden of my heart?

It's and our is back in the .

No word study today. Just something that's on my heart. I’ll be honest… I used to be pretty judgmental. I even prided myself on being a “good judge of character.” (Yes, pride is a dangerous place to be!) But over time, I’ve learned there’s a big difference between judgment and discernment.

Scripture tells us not to judge, but it also calls us to discern. The difference? Judgment measures people by the world’s standards. Discernment measures by God’s.

If you want to know how God operates, look at Jesus. Take the story of the woman caught in adultery. The religious leaders wanted to stone her, but Jesus said, “Let the one without sin cast the first stone.” Not one rock was thrown. Then Jesus said something powerful: “I don’t accuse you. Go and sin no more.”

Too often, people stop at the first part of that story as if it means sin doesn’t matter. But Jesus didn’t excuse the sin—He extended grace and called her higher.

That’s the heart of the gospel. In Christ, we’re made new. The old is gone, the new has come. Our sins aren’t counted against us—so why should we count the sins of others?

Instead, our calling is to share the good news: “You don’t have to live that way anymore. There’s freedom in Christ.” 🙌

It's , and today we would like to share a teaching from Joyce Meyer on contentment.

The Bible clearly teaches us to "be content" no matter what our circumstances are. In Philippians 4:11, Paul said, I have learned in whatsoever state I am in therewith to be content. The Amplified Bible describes being content as satisfied to the point where you are not disturbed or disquieted. It doesn't say satisfied to the point where you don't want change, but satisfied for now until God brings the change. Philippians 4:6-7 sheds more light in this area by saying, Have no anxiety about anything, but in all things by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, continue to let God know what you want, and verse 7 the peace that passes understanding shall keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Allow me to paraphrase these scriptures in my language for you...
