Apologize for your reaction, not just their action.

That kind of softness can melt walls. It shifts energy fast. It brings hearts closer instead of pushing them apart.

Your healing matters. But so does how you show up for someone you love.

Take responsibility for your part. Even the small parts.
That’s what transforms dynamics. That’s what makes love safe again.

So often we want to skip the shadow work — the uncomfortable parts, the triggers, the emotions we’ve buried. But the truth is… your outer world is reflecting your inner wounds.
