Tonight!

The Rotary Club of Morrilton will host another free Community Wash Night ONE week from today!

We’ll be at Mr. Clean Coin Laundry (220 N Chestnut Street) on Tuesday, Nov. 11 from 5-8pm. Rotary members will put coins in machines for laundry & we’ll also be grilling hot dogs for dinner! 🌭

The club would like to thank the owners of Mr. Clean Coin Laundry, Chuck and Donna Kay Leslie and Rod Leslie, for their support in making this event possible.

Congratulations to our winners in the Fall Harvest giveaway, who shared in $500 in prizes! Merle Norman and More gave away four $25 gift certificates, and the winners were Karen Robinson, Rebel McKnight, Mary Ann Rivas, and Anita Ehemann. Haynes Home Center also gave away four $25 gift certificates, and their winners were Jerry Stone, A Zimmerman, Linda Hall, and JoAnn Swope. D&S Southern Catering and Cafe had ten winners who each won a $10 gift certificate - Carthedia Jeffers, Patsy Davies, Wayne Shelton, Roger Mahan, Stacy Bingham, Jerry Stone, Casey Tudeen, Jodi Mahan, Tammy Roberds and Natalie Williams. The Shoe Company gave away four $25 gift certificates, and the winners were Christine Ashby, Nancy Jessup, Melissa Baldwin and Roxanne McFadden. And Roberson Tire Service gave away a $100 gift certificate to Charles West. Congratulations to all of the winners!

Barbie have officially launched a new Stevie Nicks doll.

This will be the second doll made in Nicks’ likeness. The first was released in 2023, inspired by the Fleetwood Mac album cover for their seminal record, Rumours.

Tonight’s the night!

The Rotary Club of Morrilton will host another free community wash night event on Tuesday, August 5 from 5-8 p.m. at Mr. Clean Coin Laundry, 220 N Chestnut Street in downtown Morrilton. Club members will be on site to place coins into the machines for anyone in the community who would like to utilize the free laundry service during the event. Rotarians will also grill hot dogs and provide a free meal to those who attend. Anyone who wants to participate can bring their laundry during the event. Attendees must stay on-site with their items. Rotarians will place coins in machines, but attendees should bring their own detergent and other laundry products of choice. Plans also include drawing a winner for a free washer and dryer. The club would like to thank the owners of Mr. Clean Coin Laundry, Chuck and Donna Kay Leslie and Rod Leslie, for their support in making this event possible.
