Arrests Made in Stolen Camper Investigation

On April 11, 2026, the Logan County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen 2019 Keystone Sprinter camper from Baer Construction in Auburn. Through an extensive investigation conducted by the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Kentucky State Police, the Warren County Sheriff's Office, and the Bowling Green Police Department, investigators tracked the stolen camper's movements, recovered the property, and identified multiple individuals involved. The investigation was greatly aided by the Sheriff's Office Flock Safety camera system, which provided valuable investigative leads and played a key role in the recovery of the stolen property and identification of suspects. As a result of the investigation, Jeffrey C. Noe, 35, of Russellville, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property $10,000 or More. He was lodged in the Logan County Detention Center. Justin Meredith of Bowling Green was also identified as a suspect and arrested in connection with this investigation.
Investigators also developed information that led to the arrest of Teddy Inman, 43, of Bowling Green. Inman was taken into custody in Salem after being found in possession of a motorhome that had been reported stolen from Bowling Green, Kentucky. At the time of his arrest by Missouri authorities, he was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sheriff Stephen Stratton stated:
"This investigation demonstrates the value of strong partnerships between law enforcement agencies and the importance of utilizing technology in modern policing. Our Flock camera system played a critical role in developing leads, tracking the stolen property, and identifying suspects. I want to thank our investigators and all assisting agencies for their hard work and commitment to bringing this case to a successful resolution."

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the Kentucky State Police, Warren County Sheriff's Office, Bowling Green Police Department, and law enforcement agencies in Missouri for their assistance throughout this investigation.
This investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges and arrests may be forthcoming.
Anyone with information related to this case is encouraged to contact the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
