💬 Frequently Asked Questions After Microneedling

1. Can I go in the sun or work out?
Avoid direct sun exposure, heavy sweating, and workouts for 24–48 hours. Always use broad-spectrum SPF after that, even on cloudy days.

2. Can I wear makeup afterward?
Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation or infection. Use only clean, mineral-based makeup if absolutely necessary after that.

3. How soon will I see results?
Some people see a glow in just a few days, but full results appear after 2–4 weeks as collagen production ramps up.

4. When can I do it again?
Microneedling can typically be repeated every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin goals!
