Celebrating the region’s food traditions, innovations, and agricultural heritage through the magazine, website, and events, Valley Table supports sustainable agricultural practices and strengthens the links among producers, purveyors, and consumers. Working with a distinguished group of chefs, restaurateurs, and tourism leaders, the magazine launched Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) in 2006. T

he two-week culinary event premiered with 70 restaurants. Today, with more than 150 participating restaurants spanning the Hudson Valley's counties, HVRW is among the largest Restaurant Week events in the country.
