Officials said that in January, a woman arrived at the hospital and said that she could not provide her name but revealed herself to be 39-years-old. She died at the hospital and now the Coroner’s office is asking for the community’s help in identifying her. She died on Jan. 25 of natural causes, and there were no results following fingerprint analysis.

🔸Medium-length black hair with light brown/reddish locs

🚨BELIEVED TO BE IN DANGER🚨

On February 5, 2026, a female victim was dropped off at the Northwest Starke Emergency Room suffering from head trauma.

During the investigation, it was determined that the victim had been confined and assaulted by her husband, Dwayne Clemons of North Judson. After the assault, Clemons transported the victim to the hospital and then fled the area with their two-year-old son, who was also in the vehicle.

The victim informed investigators that Clemons was armed with a .45 caliber pistol and had threatened her with the firearm. During the incident, Clemons also made threats to harm both the victim and himself.

A search warrant was executed at the Clemons residence in North Judson; however, neither Dwayne Clemons nor the child, Saxon Clemons, were located. Evidence was discovered supporting the claim that Clemons is armed.

Throughout the overnight hours, officers followed up on leads and checked multiple locations without success. Saxon Clemons, age 2, has been entered as a missing person.

Dwayne Clemons was last seen driving a gray 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Indiana license plate CRS242.

Saxon Clemons is described as 2 year old white male, 2 feet 4 inches tall, 30 pounds, blonde hair with blue eyes.

The suspect, Dwayne Clemons, is a 44 year old white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes.

The Walker County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating Johnathan Everett Boley.

He was last seen on December 31, 2025 at approximately 11:30 am in the 7000 block of Highway 195 in Jasper.

He lives with his father, who reported him missing at about 1 p.m.

Johnathan was last seen wearing a yellow Mickey Mouse shirt, black pants and Paw Patrol shoes. Johnathan Boley is a 5 year old white male with blonde hair and blue eyes and is believed to be in danger.

A dog that was supposed to be with Jonathan has not been found either. Finding this dog could help in finding the missing child. This is the only picture released of the dog. (A photo of the dog is attached to this post)

Unidentified male was found near Temple Street on Saturday before being taken to Los Angeles General Medical Center. Officials said the patient had suffered a possible fall from approximately 30 feet high but gave no further details about his injuries.

Health officials are asking the public for help with identifying the patient. As of Wednesday, no friends or family members of the man have come forward to identify him.

UPDATE 2: Last aeen day has changed to October7, 2025, just a week before she was reported missing by the school. Police have released surveillance camera photos of Melodee that were captured at a California car rental business on Oct. 7. Melodee can be seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up, and what appears to be a wig that is darker and straighter than her natural hair.

UPDATE: Last seen date has been changed to August 2025. She was enrolled in school two months ago, and Melodee was seen by the school with her mother when she was enrolled. It is an independent study school where assignments need picked up.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help as they investigate the disappearance of 9-year-old Melodee Buzzard of Vandenberg Village.

A school administrator contacted authorities on October 14, 2025 to report that Melodee had been absent from school for an extended period. When deputies went to her mother’s home in the 500 block of Mars Avenue, Melodee was not there, and “no clear explanation was provided for her whereabouts,” the Sheriff’s Office said.

Detectives say they have been unable to confirm any recent sightings of Melodee, and the last verified contact with her was approximately one year ago.

The most recent photo available of the child was taken about two years ago.

Kada was last seen Saturday night leaving her onvernight job at The Terrace at Chestnut Hill, an assisted living home located on East Abington Avenue.

Kada’s mother saw her at home before she left for her 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. shift at the facility. Kada was last seen leaving work in her black scrubs shortly after she arrived. She allegedly left around 9:45 p.m., before her shift even started.

Detectives said the facility does not have surveillance cameras. Her vehicle was still parked outside.

Police say her disappearance is especially concerning because she had reported being harassed prior to going missing

Staff advised that the she did not return to their facility after she was reported missing in 2023.
