Behold, the new weapons of sonic annihilation.

The studio is now properly equipped to purge the scourge of drum samples in Norcal Metal.

A pair of SSL 18's cover the drum kit with cleaner gain and harder hitting attack. And for the room mics a special pair of inputs that feature SSL's punchy LMC compressor for a super fat room sound.

For the booth, DI and Reamped tracks we have the SSL Pure Drive Quad, which features the same preamps found in SSL's $50k ORIGIN console.

New gear for the cleanest DI's
Rocking that RC500.
This thing is super quiet and the EQ works really well for adding a little bit of clarity to a DI before it hits an amp. Super clean

And then I did try and find a Hum Extractor rack version, but never could. In terms of tight chuggy speed though, very little can compete with the ProRack G. Super tight.

Guitar tracks are going to be on another level from here on out.
