February 5, 2019, back when we used to live at Long Beach, California. The days before we move out from the place where we lived for nearly four years. In the beginning of 2019 is when i started to create my youtube channel - On Jessie day. I shoot so many videos that i didn't put time and effort to edit and be creative about it for so many reasons. Anyway, moving on - I thought of going back on those days, to reminisce and to share my life experiences before we moved to the Bay Area. They are important to me and besides they are just stuck on my gadgets memory space. I hope that you'll enjoy this short vlog, that happened nearly 2 years ago.
Sheldon, is our adopted dog. He is mixed breed of Lhasa Apso and Shih Tzu, that's why he is so hairy. He was only a year old when we had him. I got Sheldon from a friend in Long Beach. It was hard to take care of him in the beginning, i think because he's in a new environment. He had so much fear and doesn't enjoy going out for a walk. I helped him to overcome it and get rid of his bad habits. Since we planned to moved to a different city, and we couldn't bring any pet with us so we ended up of finding a new home for Sheldon. I must say that he is very lucky to be with a new family, who adore and love him so much! I miss him. I had the best time with Sheldon. He is overly sweet! and loves to eat so much. haha
In this video also, I am also showing you my morning exercise. It's a combination of stretching, yoga and cardio exercise. These exercise helps me when i have rough days after work. I'm not an expert when it comes to workout, i am just sharing what works for me and eventually will inspire people to be active and to stay healthy.
I hope that you'll enjoy this vlog for this week. I am trying to post my videos every Monday, 5pm pacific time. (California, USA). It will be every Tuesday 8am in the Philippine time.
