***AT-RISK MISSING PERSON*** PLEASE SHARE!

Koy Kouang Saechao, 53 years old, 4’11,”100 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a black shirt and gray pants near her home in Antelope on July 31st, and has not returned home.

Detectives recently learned new information from family members regarding a traumatic brain injury Koy suffered causing memory loss, and have re-classified her status to an at-risk missing person.

4 Arrested After Officers Clean Up 2 Homeless Camps!

From Citrus Heights PD:
The Citrus Heights Police POP Unit partnered with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office and Sacramento County Probation to address quality-of-life concerns along the city’s southeastern border.

In just a short time, over 10 individuals were contacted — leading to 4 arrests and the abatement of 2 large encampments. Outreach teams also connected those in need with services and housing options.

This operation is a great example of what we can achieve through collaboration. We’re committed to keeping public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming — by combining compassion with enforcement when necessary.

From Placer County Sheriff:
The Placer County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the possibility that there may be additional victims connected to an attempted r**e that occurred along the Dry Creek trail on Sunday, August 3.

The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Sergiy Fedchyk of Sacramento.

If you witnessed the incident, recently encountered the suspect in the area, or believe you may be a victim, please contact our Investigations Tip Line at (𝟱𝟯𝟬) 𝟴𝟴𝟵-𝟳𝟴𝟯𝟬.

Additionally, if you have any video footage from the area between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 3 - such as dashcam, bike cam, or cell phone video - it may be helpful to the investigation.

We encourage anyone with information to come forward.

R**e Suspect Arrested After Trying To Escape!

From Placer County Sheriff:
Today at approximately 5:30 p.m., deputies responded with lights and sirens to an attempted r**e involving an adult victim at Dry Creek Park. While en route to assist with establishing a perimeter and locating the suspect, a patrol vehicle occupied by two deputies was involved in a traffic collision at the intersection of Baseline Road and Walerga Road.

The Roseville Fire Department and AMR responded to the scene. One deputy and the other driver sustained minor injuries and are receiving treatment.

The collision is being investigated by the Roseville Police Department.

Deputies were able to successfully locate and arrest the suspect in the attempted r**e. The investigation into the attempted r**e remains ongoing.

Man Arrested After Killing Two Women In a Hit & Run!

From West Sac PD:
UPDATE: The fatal collision that occurred last night, August 2, 2025, on Jefferson Boulevard has been determined to be a hit and run.

Tragically, two female victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. Identification and notification of next of kin are being managed by the Yolo County Coroner’s Office.

Our investigators worked tirelessly through the night to identify the vehicle and suspect. With assistance from the Vacaville Police Department, the suspect was apprehended this morning. The suspect has been identified as David Alison Walker, 71, of Fair Oaks, California. We will be working closely with the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office to pursue prosecution in this case.

Our deepest condolences go out to the victims’ families and loved ones. We appreciate the continued support of our community and will share further updates as they become available.

THEY’RE BACK (again)! WHEEL AND TIRE THEFTS. THEY NEVER LEFT 🤔

From Rocklin PD:
Thieves are targeting newer-model Toyota Camry type vehicles with sport trim rims and tires. Toyota Corollas have also been targeted, as well as newer-model Honda Civics and Accords. Thefts usually happen in the overnight hours to vehicles parked in apartment complexes.

As a deterrent, install wheel locks and park in well lit areas. If you’re able, store your vehicle in a secure garage.

This is a regional trend and is not specific to Rocklin. If you become a victim of wheel or tire theft, contact the Police Department non-emergency number (916) 625-5400 to file a report. If you see suspicious activity, report it!

SUSPECT TAKEN INTO CUSTODY BY SHERIFF SWAT TEAM AND K9 TITO AFTER BEATING UP ROOMMATE! 😅

From Sac Sheriff:
This morning at approximately 10 AM, 36-year-old Ryan Brabec assaulted his roommate with a glass bottle before barricading himself inside a home on the 3800 block of Moonbeam Drive in East Sacramento County. After several hours of unsuccessful negotiations, the Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Detail (SWAT Team) deployed CS gas. Sheriff’s K9 Tito successfully brought the standoff to an end by taking Brabec into custody.

Once medically cleared, Brabec will be booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail. His booking photo will be available online once he is booked in.

A high school teacher from Citrus Heights was arrested Thursday on allegations of annoying or molesting a minor, according to police. Investigators reported that six victims have been identified so far.

The suspect, 48-year-old Augustine Sanchez, was employed at Mesa Verde High School. The San Juan Unified School District confirmed he had been working there since 2012.
