✨ Bryony, one of our amazing community members 💛, shares her birth story.
A small gush of fluid early in the week turned out to be her waters releasing. After assessment and 48+ hours passing, she chose induction with antibiotics to reduce infection risk. From gel and hormone drip to having her waters broken, Bryony shows the importance of asking questions and understanding each option.
After many hours with little sleep, she used an epidural to rest and regain energy for the later stages of labour. Her story is a beautiful reminder that induction can be gradual, epidurals can support your body, and tuning into your own needs can guide you when it’s time to meet your baby 💘
