Sonia Dilma Segura, one of Latin America’s only female Monster Truck drivers, was behind the wheel of “La Dragona” during the tragic Popayán, Colombia crash on May 3, 2026, when the truck lost control during an exhibition, killing at least 2–3 people and injuring dozens. Authorities are investigating the cause.
