Get involved! We are looking for beer enthusiasts and consumers interested in supporting the California craft beer community to volunteer for the CCBA's premiere event, the 2025 CA Craft Beer Summit! ✨

Held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine from November 10-12, 2025, volunteer positions are available for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at various times. Volunteers have full access to the event's educational sessions, exhibit hall, and welcome reception.

Round 2 of updates for the 2025 CA Craft Beer Summit! This is California’s largest craft beer conferences and we can’t wait to see everyone together in Irvine this November!

👉 Jamie Bogner, Co-founder and Editorial Director of Craft Beer & Brewing, will weave together analytics and storytelling, looking at the realities of the up and down market, with a focus on actual data. This opening keynote will be part interview and part presentation, with Julian Shrago, Co-Brewmaster and Director of Operations at Urban Roots Brewery & Smokehouse, guiding the conversation.

👉 Lallemand Brewing is bringing their Non-Alcoholic Sensory Analysis workshop to the U.S. for the first time. This hands-on workshop gives brewers the opportunity to identify the compounds responsible for the vegetal and off-flavors often associated with NA beers in a safe and guided environment to explore some of these complexities. Attendees will learn to recognize off-flavor compounds, understand their sources, and learn what you can do to mitigate them.

We’re thrilled to share some big updates for the 2025 CA Craft Beer Summit! We’re excited to share some big developments to this year’s program, but here are a few key details you won’t want to miss:

👉The 2025 CA Craft Beer Summit is headed to Southern California and will be held at the Hyatt Regency Irvine from Nov. 10-12, 2025.

👉The discounted rates from early bird registration end in ONE WEEK. Sunday, August 31, is the last day for the discounted rates.

👉Cicerone is hosting an off-flavor sensory analysis to help you sharpen your evaluation skills to identify off-flavors in beer. Participation in the sensory analysis is limited to 2 representatives per brewery; you can reserve your spot in step 3 of the registration form. Walk-ins will NOT be accepted for the sensory analysis.
