The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's assistance in locating an at-risk missing person. The MP is 33-year-old Lovett Moore. Lovett is at-risk due to being legally blind. Lovett is 5'8, 167 pounds with black hair. Lovett was last seen on June 28, 2025 around 12:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of Arena Blvd wearing a green shirt and black shorts with a white stripe.

If you see Lovett or know his whereabouts, please contact the Sacramento Police Department immediately.
