Showers, rain and even thunderstorms over the next 24 - 36 hrs across the Island. The rain right now is with the passage of the warm front. The cold front will SLOWLY pass by during the day tomorrow. With that we may see strong and even isolated severe weather. Average rainfall amount will be between .75 - 1.5" across the area.

While the tropical Atlantic remain quiet overall, TC 1 will be a prolific rain producer for the gulf coast.
