After 15 years in the union, working under the guidance of my father—a true master of the trade—I’ve made one of the biggest decisions of my life: I’ve stepped away from the union and taken a leap of faith to start my own business.

This wasn’t a decision made out of fear or uncertainty. Over the years, I’ve built a deep, hands-on understanding of the craft, and I’ve come to realize that the standard 8-hour workday was no longer enough for the goals I’ve set for myself and my family.

I’m now a proud father of three, and more than ever, I want to lead by example. I want my kids to see that it’s possible to build something from the ground up—something meaningful, something lasting. I don’t just want to create a company I’m proud to work at—I want to build a workplace others are proud to be a part of too. One where we can put in the work, give back to our community, and help build something better together.

The journey has just begun, and I’m grateful for the support from those who’ve helped me get to this point. Here’s to the next chapter—building with purpose, passion, and people in mind.
