A little less than a year ago, I had this idea to launch an event for leaders focused on the future.

So we called it Future Focused Leaders.
I didn’t know if anyone would show up or be interested.

Events are risky. You’ve got to sign contracts and commit to lots of dollars way out ahead of time.

It turns out… people want to learn AI, and they want to get together in person and become better leaders.

We had over 100 leaders show up to grow together, and a new community was born.
Much to be thankful for. Lots of fun things ahead!

Friday before game week. Boxes stacked. Banners ready. Badges sorted. The Business Builders office looks more like a warehouse right now and we’re not mad about it.

Next week we host the Future Focused Leaders Summit and the Agency Builders Retreat back to back in St. Augustine Beach. Months of planning all comes down to a few days.

Tonight Lincoln got to lead worship for the first time with his sister behind him on the keys.

At the same time, Hayden was leading at Liberty and recording a new song.

I couldn’t ask for a better Easter week than seeing our kids leading others to Jesus.

My schedule is more full than it has been in a while… but so is my heart.

Thankful for our church and those who encourage our kids to lead well.
