Well confirmed by the city that the Amazon Distribution Center will be on river road across from family dollar and they do not plan to expand River road except in front of the Amazon facility itself. When I questioned if trucks teleported from SR7 to the light at the high school and then again through the portion of River road where it’s single lane I got no answer other then sorry your upset the facility is being built. No not at all I’m happy it’s coming but I would like a safe two lane road where my kids school bus has to travel with a billion semi trucks.

Hello all,

I know its been a while. I am so sorry for that. Sometimes personal life happens and then it just keeps happening. I am however bring back the newsletter. I am doing it in two pages. Mean that there will be a part of the newsletter that is specific for White Sands HOA and then there will be a part that will be for our community as a whole that will cover things like new development information, celebrations and things like that for our area.

I try my best to keep up but I am only human.

Hello homeowners!!

I am so sorry I’ve let you all down recently with no newsletters. Unfortunately there isn’t much news as we are still awaiting the votes that have until October to come in before we will know what the next move is for the HOA. I haven’t heard of any meetings or anything planned until after this vote. What I am thinking is doing an anonymous survey to see how many households have voted. Just curious where we are with the deadline approaching.

I had to have surgery Monday kind of rushed and unexpected so I will be down on bedrest for a while so I am hoping to get some information to put out for the newsletter and some feedback on how everyone feels about communications within the HOA to us homeowners.
