Lauren The HGR is taking some time off from 95.9 The Hawk. On Monday September 29th she is having heart surgery and will have an extensive recovery.

She is in the hands of the best surgeons in Utah and we are confident in her making a full recovery.

It’s Wet Nose Wednesday from Best Friends Animal Society

Meet Beaker! Just like his Muppet namesake, this sweet young boy has a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. Beaker can be a little shy when he first meets new people, but with patience and kindness he quickly warms up and shows off his true, lovable self.
Beaker absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive with a furry friend to help him feel confident and join him in life’s adventures. Once he trusts you, Beaker will stick close by your side, ready to be your loyal companion through every “meep-meep” moment
life has to offer.
