Dogs at desks are becoming a normal part of the workday.
Companies across Europe and Asia are expanding pet-friendly office policies, citing improved morale, reduced stress and stronger workplace culture. For some employees, being able to bring a dog to work has also removed barriers around long hours and caregiving.
