A's Score 4 in Final Inning for Comeback Victory!
The St. James A's entered the 9th inning looking at a 9-6 deficit to Searles on Sunday night, May 25th.
Pictured is the winning sequence as DH Sawyer Carr's swing led to an error that allowed both Chase Bottin and Jack Westman to score, the latter being the winning run in the 10-9 decision in Tomahawk East League action.

The search is over!

Liam Dawson has been selected as the lone finalist upon completion of interviews to fill the vacancy of Superintendent for ISD #840. Final negotiations will take place Friday.
A new search will commence to find a replacement for Dawson as Principal of Northside Elementary.

Congrats to the Saints with a big 2-1 victory over Jackson County Central, ranked #9 in Class AA. The home game on May 5th was another no-hitter for Laney Bowers who also delivered the hit that led to the winning runs. After the game she was interviewed by Rob Clark at KEYC and will be featured as the Prep Athlete of the Week on Wednesday so tune into KEYC.
Congrats to the Saints on the victory and to Laney on another great game!

Laney Bowers followed up yesterday's no-hitter with a perfect game today as the Saints won 17-0 at Blue Earth.
Emma Mohwinkel generated a big part of the offense with two home runs, including a grand slam!
Congratulations to Laney, Emma, and the St. James Area softball team!

Congratulations to Laney Bowers on her 1st career no-hitter as the Saints beat Blue Earth Area 15-0 on April 14th. Few pitchers can come close to the start Bowers has put together this season. In 27 innings she has amassed 66 strikeouts, while walking three and allowing three hits....with zero earning runs! Congrats to Laney and her teammates!

to complete the St. James Public Schools Superintendent Search Survey. Hard copies of the survey are also available at the district office in St. James. Please return any completed surveys to the same location by April 17 so they can be included with the online survey results.

Following the survey deadline of April 17, MSBA will summarize and provide an overview of the responses for presentation to the School Board.
