It's that time of year again, and by that we mean freezing cold, so we thought we might update you with our new paradigm shift. The Presidents are progressives; we cannot rest on our laurels. We will be switching from infamous freshman ragers to "Classy Parties". So what can you expect to see? A classy house. Theme parties. Live music. Cooler people. Lock-ins. Exclusivity.
