I met with a bride and groom last weekend to talk through music, order of reception events, how their Grand Entrance will run and other wedding topics. The reception timeline and coordination is critical. We donā€™t want any surprises the day of your wedding. We can plan out the events or coordinate with your wedding planner. But, we always plan things out to the last detail while still allowing for fun and spontaneity.

The wedding ceremony is outside at the pavilion- but- the reception is inside. Yeah, we do that. We can bring two separate systems so thereā€™s no gap between wedding and reception. Or, we can tear down and set up again quickly. Letā€™s keep the momentum of the day rolling.
