Thank you all for the kind words, congratulations, and heartfelt thank-yous shared celebrating 35 years of dedicated service by Keith. He doesn’t use social media, but I plan to show him all of your comments so he can see just how appreciated he truly is.

Over the past month, I’ve also been working on putting together a memory book for him, reaching out to as many friends, coworkers, and students (current and former) as we could think of. While we’ve collected quite a few incredible stories, I know there are still so many more out there! If you’re a procrastinator, raise your hand!

Procrastinating Pennsylvania hunters, DO NOT wait any longer...

TODAY, Sunday, July 13 is the FINAL DAY to purchase your 2025-26 elk applications, AND it’s your final day as a resident hunter to purchase your GUARANTEED first round antlerless license for the WMU of your choice.

Starting tomorrow, remaining antlerless licenses will be available on a first come, first served basis to nonresident hunters during this first round.

As a reminder, if you ALREADY purchased a first round antlerless license, you will not be able to purchase a second one until Monday, July 28.

If you purchase an elk application, be sure to watch the live reveal during the 2025 Elk Expo in Benezette, PA. The livestream will begin at 3 p.m. on our YouTube channel.

The St. Marys Major League all-star softball team defeated Caln today by a score of 3-2 in the final of the winner’s bracket of the state tournament. St. Marys advances to Monday’s state championship game as the undefeated team.
