Okay let me tell you about something that’s been with me for a while now. 👀
As a massage therapist, here’s my take 👇
I believe in the trifecta of care.
I made that saying up— so stick with me….
It’s how I see my part in taking care of the whole body. The whole person. And it’s how I explain it to my clients.
There’s the trifecta of care that exists for our bodies. And I simplify it into something that just makes sense in my own head.
💪 Massage is the muscles.
🦴 Chiropractic is the bones.
✨ Acupuncture is the nerves.
And sometimes we need even more support: A functional medicine practitioner. A naturopath.
Enlists all the supports.
So here’s an example from my own practice. 👇
I have a monthly member who’s been dealing with a chronic issue, and I thought, you know what, a naturopath might really help her.
So I brought it up. She was into it. She booked.
And it is already truly changing her life to have both of us in her corner. 🤩
And here’s the thing, she never would’ve known about this naturopath without my referral. 🤔
That’s my job.
Part of my job as a private practice owner, as a business owner, and honestly as someone who just cares about helping you heal, is having that trifecta of care list ready to go.
So we can take care of the whole person.
The whole picture. 🌿
MTs, do you agree? 🤔
