Wins Placings and pts oh my, with Makala Wick in halter, showmanship and horsemanship.
Placings and improvement with Isabelle Shoemaker and Tuxes only in horsemanship amd western pleasure.
Brittany Smith continuing to add on pts with Hes W***y hot in showmanship, and walktrot horsemanship and western pleasure.
Congrats to Lenix Doench Trisha Doench killing it with one of my boys W***y be lopin her 2nd show with this goofy boy. Good job Lenix, Leroy and Heather.
They've had wins and high in eq, wp, trail and hus.

Very proud of miss Alexis Von Pletz in 2 shows showing a lucky mac, who she used to own.
She is in 4th place in the nation IN Level 1 equitation!!

⚠️ WARNING: Flip-flops and horses do NOT mix! 🐴🩴

It only takes one misplaced hoof to cause a serious foot injury. Horses are powerful animals, and even the calmest, kindest horse can step sideways, spook, shift weight, or accidentally land on your foot without warning.

Flip-flops offer almost no protection. They leave your toes exposed, slip easily, and give you very little grip around yards, stables, gateways, wash bays, trailers, and uneven ground. What feels like a quick, casual walk to the field can turn into a painful accident in seconds.

When handling horses, always choose sturdy, closed-toe footwear — ideally boots with a firm sole and good grip. Proper footwear helps protect your feet, keeps you more stable, and reduces the chance of slipping or getting caught out if your horse moves suddenly.

This is not about judging anyone’s outfit. It is about awareness, prevention, and keeping riders, handlers, volunteers, and visitors safe around horses. A simple footwear choice can make a huge difference.

Before you pick up a lead rope, check your shoes. 👢

What a great show for Bar W! So many highlights, Makala Wick with Best of Righteous won reserve high point walktrot yesterday and was 3rd place for it the other days. , Lenix Doench Leroy new little rider killed it & TIED for reserve High point with W***y Be Lopin! (she is under guidance of Heather Wright with some help with us in the showmanship) Placings for all and Elaine Walkers Gelding Gunnarollya, was there without her and Makala was 6th place in L1 Ranch riding yesterday her 2nd time showing him this weekend. THIS own son of GonnaTrashya gelding is available for lease for ranch classes (contact 9376027625) for details.
Thank you to NOQHA Show for yet another great Memorial show and we don't remember the last time we were home for Memorial because of this fun show! lol
We have 1 all around gelding for inhouse lease (that high point one above) and 1 ranch geldng for inhouse lease.

Another positive day with all placing in their classes, and in the points for some (today was english and ranch day)
Had some wins today with Makala Wick on Best of Righteous and to Alexis Pletz with A Lucky Mac.
Tomorrow is Level 1 Novice Day!
thank you to my help my 2 girls Annabelle Harris (who is very new here & learning the ropes) and Emalyn Shaeffer over night! Couldn't do it without farm help.
Wow Our area made the news with the flooding and they say 3 and 3/4 inches in a very short time, Thankfully horses are dry and they are ok being inside for turnout with all the standing water!
We have some great stall neighbors & we really enjoy NOQHA Shows at Findlay!
All horses (except 2) got weighed, Leroy: 1315, Ronnie: 1168, Wyatt: 1400!, Jonah: 1395, Simon: 1398 and Tux: 1228. (ps Ronnie is only 14.3 so that's funny he's almost 1200 lbs) We love weighing them to see how they are doing other than body scores and body condition.
Great job so far everyone and shout out to Lenix Doench showing Leroy her 1st show and she's only 10!
And to Heather Wright and Makala Wick showing Gunnarollya in ranch riding for his owner Elaine Walker!
