BREAKING COLD CASE SOLVED: “An arrest has been made.”

Suspect arrested in the 2017 murders of two girls in Delphi, Indiana, a case that has haunted the community for five years.

Indiana State Police Doug Carter: "Today is not a day to celebrate but the arrest of Richard M. Allen of Delphi on two counts of murder is sure a major step in leading to the conclusion of this long-term, and complex, investigation."

Abigail “Abby” Williams, 13, and Liberty “Libby” German, 14, vanished while hiking in their hometown of Delphi, Indiana, and their bodies were found Feb. 14, 2017.

Ramsey County apologizes for ‘confusion and disruption’ this morning when emergency alerts went out to a wider than intended area. They say they are investigating what happened.

Officials have stated that the 17 yr old homicide suspect is in custody after police found one person dead and four others injured at a home on Ryan Ave.

Russia launched its most widespread air strikes since the start of the Ukraine war on Monday, raining cruise missiles on busy cities, in what President Vladimir Putin called revenge for a blown up bridge.

Multiple reports say that Russia made a most massive air strike since Feb 24th. About 150 missiles and tens of strike drones were fired on Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro and other cities of Ukraine.

One of Vladimir Putin’s prestige projects, has been hit by a huge explosion

Images from the bridge showed a fiercely burning fire engulfing at least two railway carriages from a train on the bridge, accompanied by a vast column of black smoke, and one half of the parallel road bridge collapsed into the Kerch Strait.

Witnesses said the explosion could be heard miles away, occurred before 6am on Saturday(Ukrainian time) while a train was crossing the bridge, with Russian officials blaming it on a car bomb.

Brian O’Hara, the deputy mayor of Newark, N.J. is Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey’s choice to be the next Minneapolis police chief

“Minneapolis has been asking for change and Brian O’Hara has answered that call,” Frey told reporters as he announced his choice Thursday morning. Frey said discussions with neighborhood groups identified the need for a “reform-minded” candidate and a “change maker” as the next chief, and that O’Hara fit the bill.
