****SUSPECT CAUGHT****
The Ramsey County Sheriff released this photo of Vance Boelter, suspected of assassinating Speaker Emerita Hortman and her husband as well as shooting Senator Hoffman and his wife. Police arrested him near his home Sunday night around 9:20. He eluded police for about a day and a half.
