The next time you see someone struggling. Whether it be you do to addiction or mental health. Instead of staring at the train wreck. Maybe see how you can reach out and help productively. Rather than alienating someone, making assumptions, for starting and spreading rumors. Reach out and see how you can help. You never know what kind of demons someone is battling. I speak on experience. If anyone out there is ever struggling feel free to reach out. I'll always listen and never judge.
