There is something about being able to capture those glimpses of magic that we don’t usually see for more than a moment and preserve them in the form of a photo. I seek to make the ordinary extraordinary. I have always been more comfortable staying off the beaten path and I’ve incorporated that into my photography. I was born in North Carolina and lived in Panama for a brief period when I was youn

g which had a heavy influence on my life. I moved to Minnesota and have lived in the Twin Cities for almost 30 years with a brief venture out to the country staying at a family members farm for a year. I am blessed to be married to a great woman who makes me laugh and is also my best friend. My two boxers, Bishop and Romeo, and my cat Jetta. One of my favorite things is to explore the outdoors with my dogs. Being in nature always gives me a reset and brings me back to myself.

❌RIP Renee Nicole Good, murdered by ICE in cold blood. I remember being told in grade school about the Nazi’s and how important it was to talk about them so that we didn’t repeat history. The last few days have been such a mix of emotions. Sadness. Anger. Grief. Fear. Worry for my community. I think it’s an important time to speak up and not stay quiet. F**K ICE
