It’s hard making this post…. 😭😭
But as some of you may know and some may not… April 2025 I visited my parents and fished a dam and made a terribly dumb mistake on my part that ended up with my truck getting totaled. Water was shallow until I hit a 3-4ft dip and truck instantly died when the engine sucked in water resulting in my beloved truck drowning to death until it was towed out. I lost my truck, along with a few other things but glad that we are alive and able to wake up every single day. It really took a toll on me when this happened, I was suffering mentally and I wanted to just quit everything. If it wasn’t for my wife I wouldn’t be fishing. I was able to lift myself back up slowly and get back to normal. I’ve been able to find a vehicle since, but it hasn’t been the same without my beloved truck. YouTube videos has been put to a pause, but I do have a bit of recordings after the fact that I can make videos. I’ll be slowly getting back into it again and hope that I can push more content out soon.
Sometimes there are things in life that are not meant to be, and this may or may not have been one of those moments. God was with me this day and kept us safe regardless of the situation. Tears and sweat dripping down my face, but I still managed to get back up and keep going. We’re all strong regardless of what we do and the challenges we face daily. As long as you put your best foot forward, you’ll get to where you aim to be.
With a major set back and a hard reset in life. I’m ready to get back out there and make a difference.
