The Retina Spirit Cam was built by a friend of mine it's 400 VDC stored on 1000 mfd capacitor, Xenon tube flash uses this power in 1/2000 of a second,..let's just say it's powerful and bright ⚡💡
It's based on a true story of a 1800's professor named Ziegler who saw his dead daughter during a lightning strike, Ziegler spent the rest of his life trying to duplicate this phenomenon
