Ellie Roscher is a writer, speaker and yoga instructor who supports people’s sense of wellness, belonging, leadership and resiliency. She is a wife and mother who believes tiny things can make a big change. Ellie holds an MFA in writing from Sarah Lawrence and an MA in Theology from Luther Seminary, and her published books include 12 Tiny Things, The Embodied Path, Play Like a Girl and How Coffee Saved My Life.

Meet Tyler!
Tyler is one of those people who is always surprising you with one more thing that makes you wonder “when did he have time to do/learn that?” The term jack-of-all-trades falls short of describing him; he is a fitness ju**ie, has traveled the world, can build (or fix) anything, and has a resume filled with experiences and credentials from a plethora of professions, but what he values most is high-quality time with his wife and kids at their beloved farm.

Variety is the spice of his life, and he is passionate about watches, whiskey and his never-ending search for the world’s best cheeseburger.
