Honey mushrooms are a real favorite of mine to eat. It is also one that is a little more difficult for people to l earn. It's not that it's uber complicated, but having a lesson in the field that really lets to see, hold, and walk through that ID personally makes it much easier. It has a few look-alikes, one of witch is a deadly mushroom called galerina. Most will just not taste good and/or give you an upset stomach. Shroomapalooza is a great opportunity to learn about this favorite fall mushroom and walk away confident in your ability to positively identify it!
